A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service and may not be transferred if canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of booking. I have a 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes a $15 late fee is required after 15 minutes appointment is canceled. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time require a new deposit to rebook. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE SICK, IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND GET SICK PLEASE RESCHEDULE. I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER PEOPLE WORKS (meaning you must book a soak off) EXTRA GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED I ACCEPT CASH AND ZELLE ONLY FOR FINAL PAYMENTS! If you are dissatisfied with your nail set please contact me! However I do NOT offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within the 24 hours of scheduled appointment. I also have a 15 minute grace period and once the 15 minutes has passed you will be charged the 25% fee.
